***** committed at Cell C promenade mall
Hi. Cell C at The Promenade Mall in Cape Town, processed a ********** contract in my name. The *********, with the help of two consultants, who have since resigned attempted to convert a prepaid number of mine to contract. She got away with an S10 or a Samsung note, am not too sure. The store regional manager and cell c itself have failed to resolve this issue and have since blocked my number. I have emailed them affidavits a number of times. What poor service this is!!!

09 Sept 2019, 16:32Well. I a am still waiting for cell c to resolve this two months later. I reversed the debit order as I will not pay for a transaction which I did not enter into. Now they are threatening me with emails regarding collection. I am not paying for your negligence and *****. No ways. In fact I should sue you.
