***** claim not being investigated timeously

Good day<br> <br> A cellphone contract was registered **********ly in mothers name. <br> A formal claim was laid with Cell C in mid-February. They said the process would take 14 days to investigate and conclude.<br> It has been 2 weeks after. I called the responsible consultant and he told me that he had been on leave and will follow up with the investigations department. Asked that he get back to me on progress. I am still waiting for that call even now.<br> <br> In the meantime, the contracts are still active and Cell C is still deducting money from my mothers account.<br> Cell C headoffice is taking their time in finalising their investigation and my mom is incurring unnecessary costs because of all this.<br>
