A contract was opened in my name with **** ID and used one of my old address... I didn't even know about the contract until I checked my profile in clearscore... My rating dropped... Contract was opened telephonically by a sphiwe dlamini on the 27 Feb 2020...went to the store I was told to contact their legal department but I can't get through to them....to this day... Cell c is doing nothing about tnos

If you have never had any contract with us, then you must email *** with a copy of your ID, affidavit (confirming that you never had a contract with us), bank statement showing the amounts that have been debited and contact where you are reachable on.
