***** cases ignored while billed every month

2 month back I realized that someone took 2 contracts **********ly under my name which I reported as soon as possible in clear water cell c, spoke to a consultant David who log in the inquiry then I was informed that they will update me which was never done I had to call cell c every week, R800 was deducted now 1400 has been deducted by cell c for a product I'm not using, I later find out this contracts are being open by the same consultant in cell c, David sent emails and calls to Gerald moosey whose handling my case with no responds from Gerald, is it the new way cell c is making money by ****s such as this.i can't even reverse all this amount due to creating bad credit score..this is a ridiculous service from a big brand such as cell c Reference no.***.
