***** Cases Handling by Cell C Suck

An account was opened **********ly in my personal details which i got to find out when they traced my actual number trying to collect amounts in arrears. i explained my case to them and then i was asked to forward all kinds to documents to support that i did not open such an account. i have sent the required documents to their ***** team which i was told that i would get feedback in a minimum of 2 days but now is has been weeks. worst is that they have handed the arrears account to Nudebt to collect and they such the same way as Cell C because i forwarded the same documents till today i have not received feedback and they don't stop calling asking for collections. F@#**k both of them!!! If Cell C had done proper screening of clients and followed "Know Your Customer" practice they would have noticed something wrong with the client who de*****ed them in time. now i am been irritated by debt collectors for something i did not do!!! since Cell C was so quick to approve an application without proper validation, then they were supposed to be quick to resolve this issue when i told their collectors and whomever the partner with that this is a case of *****
