***** Case With Cell C, Wonderpark and Head Office, Johannesburg Extremely Bad Service, No Investigation Carried Out!

<p>April 2016 received a call from Cell C castomer care, asking me when I'll make payment of R22 000 for 5 cellphone contracts. I told them I had no idea what they were talking about, I don't have a Cell C contract, never opened one nor do I have a Cell C number, then I went to the police station on the very same day I received the call and made an affidavit and certified a copy of my ID, the following day I went to Cell C in Wonderpark, requested the manager and gave in the copy of my affidavit and certified ID copy to the assistant Manager, I was told they are going to open a ***** case and it will take 7 (seven) days for them to have conducted an investigation. Ever since then Cell C never bothered to contact me with regards to the investigation process, I have been calling Cell C a million times to find out what is happening with the case. Each time I call I am told the case is closed and the open a new on with a different reference number. Each time I call I am put on hold for hours and they tell me they will call me back after puting on hold for that long. Each time I call I am transfered to different Cell C customer care agents with no answers. Each time I ask them to transfer me to their legal department it rings and no one answers. A lady from their ***** department called me after I requested severaly for her to call me, she just asked me where I worked and said she'd give me a call back and since then she never did, I have been calling her till this day she does not take my calls. I am stil receiving calls from Cell C requesting money for the 5 (five) contracts that were opened by someone else in my names on the same day. I requested that they send me a copy of the contracts, I would like to see them, Cell C Wonderpark sent me copy of contracts with no signatures but has my details. I asked the Manager why are you sending me contracts without signatures, he says he is still waiting for one's with signatures from another department within Cell C, till this day I am still waiting for those contracts, each time I call Cell C Wonderpark with regards to the contracts, I am told the same story of the Manager is not available. My credit record looks extremely bad. I can't do some things because of the bad credit Cell C placed on my credit score. I am extremely angry and think Cell C is not attending to this case at all! Cell C has something to hide with regards to my case. I am starting to go the legal route with this because I am tired of trying to settle this with Cell C with no effort from their side. I can't continue to carry my affidavit around if I am applying for something that requires a credit check. Cell C definitely has to be sued!</p>
