***** CASE TAKING FOREVER CELL C NO RIGHT TO DEBIT ME !!!!
On the 29 March 2019, A ********** contract was opened under my name I noticed when Cell C debited my account on the 31st of March, I Called Cell C to raise my concern , they instructed me open a case and submit those documents to the nearest Cell C , 01 April I submitted those Documents at Mall of Africa Millicent is the Manager there, after 1 month I didn't hear anything about my case , on the 31st of April 2019 they Debited R879.26 from my account ( which I reversed) I went back to Mall of Africa Cell C, met Shaheed the temporary Manager, who informed me that my documents were lost , but he assured me they will block the phone ( which was not true) I had to go back to the police station to reopen the case again, 09 May I went to The Marc Cell C to resubmit my documents , they ***** case was only opened 13 th of May after the manager at The Marc assisted me . handle number ********** 929
Pending the ***** investigation Cell C debited my account again on 15 May R879.26 of which I'm revering again, Millicent the Mall of Africa Manager told me they wont pass a credit until the ***** case is resolved which is ******* ,!!!
YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO TAKE MY MONEY from my account when I do not have a contractual agreement with Cell C , I DID NOT OPEN A CONTRACT WITH YOU !!!!
I have submitted the documents for your investigation twice until they get back to me regarding my case they have no right to harass me like this!!.
I had a ********** contract open at Vodacom at the same time Vodacom resolved by the 4th of April and updated my Trans Union Report.
Cell C is *********** and a company with very primitive processes
