***** case of false cell phone contract
Cell C has been debiting my account for no reason, i did reverse the 1st debit order and ask them why was my account debited with cell c reference, i was told that i have a cellphone contract with them, i told them i do nott have a contracted with cell c and they should investigate. i was asked to email affidavit bank statement and id copy to *** i did on the 13 of July 2021 since then you have been debiting my account every month.
cell c ref: *** (13 July 2021 to date)

29 Sept 2021, 16:10I called you ***** dept yesterday and was advised that issue has been escalated and was put on hold to get a ref number and the call disconnected even though i had enough airtime i don't know how the call gets disconnected when they are about to provide me with ref number.
