***** case not resolved

It's been 4 months cellc incorrectly debuting my account. They gave a stranger 2 devices and a router and I have reported the issue to this guy by the name of Siphiwe Dlamini he promised that those lines were closed and canceled so I need to make a manual payment because there won't be any debit order going off my account but they still went off. He had a nerve to tell me to reverse the money and till today he is not even responding to my emails. I have escalated the matter but they still debit and I have to reverse. Cellc flagged me on ITC appeals that I owe them R1700 and I only have a router with them which is like R300 a month. What the **** is wrong with you and I have a house to buy but this. You better ****en fix this issue. I still have the case number ***** Case ***. I am not afraid to take you on.
