***** case not attended too

I found out through my trans union report that someone had taken up a contract with Cell C using my ID number.When I went to the shop to query this I was told that the contract was taken via the call center and the phone was hand delivered.I submitted my affidavit and copy of my ID,and awaited a reference number.Eventually I got the reference number ***.No one blocked the usage of the phone and debit orders went off my bank account.I phoned again to query this and I was told to phone on the 1st of December to block the usage. Contract was taken on 10 October 2015,I submitted my dispute forms on the 11 of November 2015.Up until now I didn't get any feedback from Cell C and they keep sending the debit orders which I never authorized.Each time I do a reversal the bank is charging me a lot of money.I am really disappointed with the way this issue is being handled.I don't have a contract with Cell C and I don't wish to have one!!
