***** Case Ignored

I have opened a ***** case with Cell C on the 12th September due to account (s) being opened using my identity. I initially went to a Cell C on the 5th Sep to report and handed over my affidavit and report the ***** at the Clearwater Mall branch. I didn't get a case number and was told I would be contacted with case number and that they would not be able to stop the account yet. After not hearing from the I then sent then an email to the ***** email account where I just received an automatic email with case number ***. I dnt understand how I haven't been contacted at all on this case for two weeks now . I have put a stop order on my bank account but that will only last for so long. Clearly Cell C doesn't care as long as they get their money
