***** Case
I recently opened a ***** case at Cell c and was asked to send through a copy of my ID and a affidavit from the police station which I did more than 14 days ago and that someone will contact me and no one has made any effort to contact me and resolve my case , I went to a Cell c Branch at Cresta Mall and have been assisted by a nice lady by the of Nqobile and she called their ***** department and she gave me a ref number and to wait for 7 to 14 working days this 14 days has gone by long ago but I have not been contacted by anyone at cell c and my case has not yet been resolved but I have supp**** them with all the necessary documentation which was requested. when I call them they are rude and keep transferring me to all their departments such as contracts and customer care but not the ***** department and my calls end up being cut off I do not understand how someone managed to take two cellphones without them having to call me to confirm this so I suspect this was a inside job my case was handed over to a Mr Michael Woolley at cell but he hasn't even made one attempt to call me and advise me about my case of ***** I am frustrated and cannot apply for credit anywhere else till this case at cell c has been closed and also was advised that Cell c is not part of the SAFPS which is Southern African ***** Prevention Service which opens up this loophole for people to do ***** with them as many are aware of this ******* from cell c and Telkom as I have already flagged my ID with SAFPS but these people were able to do this ***** at cell c I am disappointed at cell c and their poor services
