***** case - Cell C

Cell C is useless and does not care about the welfare of other people. I have a ***** case that took place this year in June/July. I have sent the affidavit to them advising that I am not the one that I opened the new contracts with them. Now my ID is flagged for ***** investigation and I am unable to apply/raise funds due to that fact. I have found out in November that Cell C flagged my ID. I then sent an email to ***, that they must clear my name by giving me clearance letter since they know that this was ***** that occurred. I have been calling the customer care almost 3 to 4 times a week looking for that clearance letter or just feedback for that matter. They have sent me from pillar to post with no assistance at all. They keep on saying that the matter is escalated to their team leaders, but nothing changes. They cannot even give me the contact number of the ***** department, they say they do not have their contacts (How is that even possible?) This is affecting me and my family negatively, I do not sleep at night when thinking about this. My life is now on hold. I cannot open the new accounts now because of this. They do not care at all.
