***** case and refund

I am victim of a *****, someone opened an account using my name in February, R749 was debited from my account up until July, i was told to submit affidavit and certified copy of my ID which i did, they then after deactivated the account, i then asked to refund me back my money which they were debiting from my account, in August i was told to send 6 months bank statement so that they can refund me back, since then i haven’t heard anything from them, when i go to cell c store they call and i been told to wait for 48 working hours, I’ve been waiting for almost 8 weeks now but i haven’t received my refund back.
