I have been handed over to 2x debt collection agencies ssda and css solutions for an account that was **********ly opened by a cell c agent with an account number that has been closed for a few years. Despite numerous attempts to address the problem cell c agents are *********** in assisting me. I sent email to the ***** department and they did not respond to me regarding this matter either. Can anyone help me resolve this issue
