***** Bad Service and no response Never Managers avail

I took out Cell phone contract last year. I have endless problems with the cell phone i called emailed no response. when i ask to talk to manager never avail. worst part of all is that they debit you and also lie.

i called 6 times today and was informed my cell phone is open line which i never agreed too also the manager neville moodley told me if the device is giving problems he will cancel the contract secondly he told me i will only pay R329 per month which is not true. I requested to cancel no one still hasn't contact me be careful this ***** and i never even received a contract for this cell phone. i need help i see they have bad reviews clearly they dont deliver what they promise.
