***** at CellC means no more month to month contracts
Due to ***** committed at Cell C, which the consultant just told me about now on the phone, Cell C has changed all month to month contracts to 24 months. And they sent an email but when asked to produce said email they could not. Firstly I hope your auditors know about the ***** that has been taking place and how can you just change the terms of a contract?

21 Apr 2022, 15:39No nothing was sent you cannot produce proof of the email being sent nor proof that said email was read and unless the customer agrees you cannot change contract durations. And your website still advertises a month to month contract???? And why must I be punished for your staff committing *****??? Clearly you only read what you want and not what the true complaint is? Why must I pay for a cancellation on a sim only deal???????
