***** at cellc

<p>I have a contact with cellc for about a year now and it for a wifi pocket router I receive 1 gig night 1 gig day data and I had R200 Airtime added to my contract last month I had called in and changed it yesterday I received I sms saying I have used up R316 so I decided to call to query had also bought data so with all my charges it should of been 261 I called the call centre n the lady tells me i called in and bought another R 50 at 8 am which did not happen I was fast aslp by then , she said she going to send a email to the person I spoke to at 8 n they will call me no1 called to query with me so today I called the contact centre n this time the lady says It wasbought in store how can this happen without authorising it I did not request for any airtime anyway no cellc near me is even open at that time .without using my permission it was loaded on to my account !</p>
