***** at Cell c Ndofaya

I got a call which i have its recordings from Lerato in Cell C Ndofaya. She accused me of committing *****, there was ***** committed in my details and i did ask her to forward me the ID copy to verify if the Photo will show my face. She refused and up till now i received a debit order for the amount of R1427.47 which i went to cancel with my FNB bank. Both Lerato and the manager at cell c failed to assist me in this ***** case and they were very arrogant yet not keep to help me. I hope this wont affect my credit record because someone is *********** in assisting customers when challenged by ***** transactions. I want this account closed and my name cleared . I don't even have a Cell C simcard and with this experience i will never support Cell C
