I S.Mkize have a very bad experience with Cell C in 157 Victoria Road PMB shop 3d. I spoke with Wandisiwe Ndlovu in April and May 2018 regarding a quote for a Huawei P8 lite 2017 she asked me to send my payslip,bank statement and the id copy on her personal email address,I did as such because she was checking if i do qualify to take the contract with Cell C so she came back to me and told me they didn't have any Huawei P8lite 2017 I thentold her it fine I would get back to her if ever I need a phone.Time went by and she kept on calling at times it would be a missed call or I would pick up and remind her that she need to wait for me to get back to her when I need the phone because another service provider has already given me what I wanted that what I told Wandisiwe Ndlovu but to my surprise Wandisiwe Ndlovu from Cell C in 157 Victoria Road PMB shop 3d has activated the contract on the 13 July 2018 and I called her on the 18 July 2018 to find out why is the contract activated on my name she ask who said so I told her that I got the call from 084135 on 16 July 2018 regarding the contract for the Huawei P20 Lite she said maybe that person wanted to sell the phone to me I should ignore it but she will get back to me. On the 20 July 2018 I called Cell C head office to report this matter and I was told to email the affidavit and copy of my ID. I went by the police station to fill in the affidavit and I tried opening the case against Wandisiwe but I was told to come back with the signed contract from Cell C of which they never gave me till today and the manager there at Cell C in 157 Victoria Road PMB shop 3d protected his staff.
