I had a cellphone contract with them 5 years ago. their service was bad. I terminated the contract and I paid every cent I owed to them. That was 2013. I do not know what to do now, they still visit my Account and deduct any amount above R300.00 a month . I am very frustrated if I phone their call center , no one gives me straight answer . I always transferred to the next person . I get no Joy and I am tired been 5 years talking one and the same thing with them.

I even forget what cellc number I was billed for. WHY?????? And where I can get help?
