***** at Cell C

Someone **********ly created an account with Cell C in my name using my personal details and my bank details. I was alerted when the first debit order came off my bank account.

I have reported this to Cell C (sending all the documentation they require) on 27 Jul, I have followed up numerous times, each time I get a call reference and a promise that they will follow up and get back to me. It is now longer than 2 weeks after that initial report and I have had NO feedback whatsoever.

Does this make Cell C complicit in the *****? Can I make a case against Cell C at the police?
