***** at Cell C

I received an SMS from cell c saying my contract has been approved. I called them informing them I have never opened an account with them they should cancel it and they agreed. After a month a debit order went off in my bank account luckily I didnt have enough money in my account for the debit order to go through. When I visited cell c at woodland mall I was told to 2 expensive phones were taken in my name a data contract in my name. I informed them I never opened any contracts with cell C before this is *****. They told me to make an affidavit at the police station and my ID to scan to thier ***** department since then I haven't received any feedback from them. This is so frustrating, I opened an account with you before were by you will have my information in your data base. However now you have my banking details and 3 contract are made within a period of 3 months. How?
