***** at Cell C

I recently found out that I owe Cell C an amount for a contract I have never taken with them. I have submitted the paper work required regarding this ********** incident however I have yet to receive a response from Cell C on this matter. I have stressed the urgency resolving this as I am applying for a home loan and my bank says that I have an outstanding bill with Cell C which I have never paid.

As mentioned above I do not have an account with Cell C. The last time I spoke to a Cell C representative I was told that my ID number does not match the persons details on their side. Hint : maybe that is the person that has the outstanding bill with you.

My Cell C reference number is ********** 0 16. I have submitted an affidavit as well as provided the other documents required. It is now over a week since submissions to Cell C and I may lose the home I am trying to buy. Cell C are just not bothered despite all my communications with them. Cell C needs to close this investigation as soon as possible before any more damage is caused.
