***** and ********* Business behaviour

When you call your service provider, all you want is to be assisted with the most receptive standard of quality service of customer service. At least that's how it was disguised as when I spoke to one of CellC Sale's agent by the name of Cindy. My phone got ****** and i needed to apply for another contract with very good deal. The Agent sounded very nice and actually willing to give me the best package, which she did. When I spoke to her i was very clear and she also assured me that the offer was indeed on special and i could get it. Like any other customer i app**** immediately with her. The Phone I app**** for was a Huawei P9 Lite which she said was on special for R189. She informed me that i will wait turnaround time which will be for credit vetting process and delivery. I was willing to wait and also accepted the terms and conditions. Little did i know that i was up for a surprise. The device was delivered by RAM at my workplace. Happy to receive it, i signed the corridor documents and was excited to open the box of my new device. When i open the package consisting with the sealed box , i found that it wasn't the device i app**** for. I then realised i should not open the box. Being disappointed with the service , i calmed myself down because i thought it was just human error done on the system, a normal mistake that can be easily corrected. However I was wrong. I called the customer , back to back i switched to different departments. I was so frustrated at how the information was always different and at mostly that the Agent who made the error was actually avoiding me. When i finally spoke to her , i was adamant to know why i got the device i received. What she did not know is that i was already informed by one of the agents that i actually did not qualify for the device i wanted. Instead of telling me this Cindy made package switch on the system without telling me. She tried so hard to avoid to admit that she actually did it know it was ********* and that calls where recorded, But when i asked if someone has access to her desktop that was the last question which had her realised i got her. i tried to give her to correct this and told that i was yet to escalate it if she resolve it. The phone was already booked for collection then, however a week past and realised these guys aint coming. Called and left an email for Cindy to open communication but nothing, but they expect i let their prorated charges go through come end of the month. Today still I'm wating for RAM to come and collect the device but nothing. I've decided i'm taking CellC and their agen't to Consumer Right's.
