***** and **** practise towards their customers

I signed up for extended contract of data and they sent statement on the 3rd with almost double the amount that we agreed upon and i foned them about the matter 2x already and i emailed to them my contract amount but they dont respond and next week they have to debit their fees and their silent is like they want to go ahead with their **** amount and if they dont get it they run to itc to falsely stain our names....by the time they get this message i want the urgent respond as they keep on saying they will call after 2 days but never call
