<p>Cell C sent me a contract phone via courier. I did not want the phone, i called them i couriered back their phone unopened. I called several times to cancel but they are still deducting money. I went to reverse R511 a few days ago and today they deducted R500 again even though on the system it shows that the contract was cancelled. I went to reverse 3 transactions already. Why am i paying for the phone and 2sim cards i never opened or used? Consultants send me from pillar to post.. i waste money by calling them and i pay extra for bank reversal charges. Im very dissapointed!</p>
