***** and mis-selling contracts

Iv been a loyal customer for 2.5 years now, and when it came time for me to renew my contract, i received a call from a lovely young lady, saying she was calling from cell c upgrades team (keep in mind she **** to me because shes from sell direct ) she offered me a good package, in which i questioned thoroughly, then agreed to. This month, i started having issues with my data, and called cell c only to find out then, that firstly, the lady who called me was not from Cell c, and that the package i agreed to was a lie. Cell c advised me to run around like a headless chicken and listen to call recordings at cell c stores, because they said they cannot do anything for me, as they have listened to the calls and i agreed to the T&C's. Today i have the call recordings on my phone which iv listened to 1000 times, so its either you have a bunch of ******s listening to the call recordings, or you refuse to hear the truth. To date no one from the contact centre has called me back after my all calls to them, worst is, they shut down my complaints all the time without even giving me feedback, now from my understanding... thats compliance failure. I want my contract cancelled now!!!
