***** and lost device by cell c insurance
What a ******* company
Took in my phone for repairs on the 19 Dec 2019.Had been told too many stories about the whereabouts of my device and was told by consults they have no clue where my device was, so to my understanding the insurance lost and stole my device and the consultants have no clue in the whereabouts of my device with ALL my personall information which can be exposed to *********. The consultants all come up with stories that are different and lies of *****! I am discussing it with a law firm.....am tired now!

05 Jan 2021, 11:36How is it possible that I gave nn my phone and has apparently been allocated a driver till now my device is nowhere to be found and noww the insurance reply that I ....am seeking legal advice and will direct it to the law, and now the same stupid insurance replies that I have not booked in my phone.....then where the heck did I take my phone too...again you don't know where my device is! You can't even locate itt or know where it is....I have been advised to let the lawyers deal with this matter! Useless company...I want nothing to do with this **** company anymore ...
