<p>We have now been struggling since AUGUST 2016 to have my uncle's cell c account sorted out. He has made numerous payments but they cannot recon. My uncle has even been to see the CEo MR Samuels yesterday, who in turn promised him everything will be sorted by end of business. Yet, my uncle's phone is still disconnected and once again cell c has **** to us. He got an sms today stating that his number will be permanently deleted due to non payment - HE HAS CREDIT WITH YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>This is a major problem as his number is of crucial importance for his touring business. </p> <p> </p> <p>I need cell c to contact me immediately and sort this out once and for all. </p>
