***** and lack of feedback

I had a ********** Cell C contract taken out in my name. Tomorrow it will be a week since I provided the required documents to Cell C with NO FEEDBACK / RESOLUTION! This is unacceptable that Cell C can allow this to drag on for so long. This needs to be sorted out urgently.
