***** and humiliation by cell c stay away

Cell C ***** they double charge us for our account please stay away from this company

Worse then we pay and pay and they cut our line while we told them we paid and sent proof of payment

I hope my lawyer can help.

Then we called the customer service that was the worse humiliation ever:

I have called 8 times the customer care tonight. They made fun of us. **** to us, told us we will have our internet back which never happened.

They multiple times put us on hold and took back the phone and laughed on the back. I am terribly disappointed. I feel so insulted. And I regret to have choosen cell c I wish someone care but all where sticking together. They did not hang up so I would not rate the call, how terrible is that? I cannot wait the day I will quit cell c this is the most humiliate that I have felt in my life. I can say I hate cellc and will ever ever recommend it to someone.
