Cell c has had my fiber line locked so that no other ISP can provide a fiber service to me, just because they didnt want to provide fiber to me initially. After Cell C had taken my money they refused to actually have my fiber service installed and now have ensured no one else can provide the service

16 Mar 2021, 08:50Whoever you are, you are a ****, yet another reason to never trust a word from Cell C . No one has been in contact and cell C is still holding my line ransom. I have since reported Cell C to the consumer goods and services ombud. Ref ***.
