***** and Cell C go hand in hand very disappointing

A ********** account was opened in my name in December of 2020. In February 2021 I went to thr Cell C store in Lephalale to open an case with the relevant documentation in hand. I was told that "someone will be intouch with you regarding my case and also given the reference number." To this day I personally have to call into customer care multiple times and always have to explain my problem over and over again from scratch and as usual the same response of someone with be in touch with you. I used the *** email and send all information as told more than 3 times and still no response.

The customer care service doesn't capture information that they ask for because the next time you call in, the information i gave forth does not appear on their system. It's been over a year now trying to get my credit record cleared and also trying to get my Clearance letter from Cell C. I'm really disappointed in the poor service
