***** and Cell C couldn't care about it

Monday I noticed a debit order that went off my business account stating Cell C. I then called Cell C to find out what's going on as we do NOT have ANY contracts with Cell C. I was then told that some guy named Julius took out 2 cellphone contracts in June using my business banking details. Cell C didn't check ANY details of the business account. None of the ID numbers or registrations numbers on the contract have anything to do with our business. How is this even possible?

To top it all off, after i had spoken to the customer care, I sent them a sworn affidavit, certified ID copies and bank statements as directed to the customer service email. I got a response on Tuesday morning saying that someone will contact me within 2 business days. Today is Friday and still no contact. I call customer service again today, I'm told that their ***** department doesn't have a direct line. I then get asked for my cellphone number and then I get asked for my ID number. I DO NOT HAVE A CELL C NUMBER AND I HAVE NEVER HAD A CELL C CONTRACT, HOW WILL MY DETAILS BE ON THEIR SYSTEM???????? I give them the reference number I got with my mail, and get told "This is customer care, I won't be able to see the reference number on the system." WHAT BULL**** IS THAT????????

How am I supposed to follow up on my ***** claim if the reference number you give me doesn't work???? Or are you Cell C, just telling me that you STOLE my money and I can get lost?????????

Looks like Cell C has resorted to *****ing people's money who aren't even on their network....
