***** - Agent using details *****ently

I recieved a call from Refilwe from Cellc looking for my ex , i gave her his number and told her a colleague of mine was interested in package and that she she should call her on her cell after that call , she called my colleague and took her detailsl and said she would recieve the call in the next 2 weeks , she then call ed and asked me if my ex could take the contract for her , i told her UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES can she do that , later in the week my ex got a call telling him to collect a phone at my workplace , he ws surprised as he hadnt accpeted any contract and ultimately called me and acused me of using his details to get a contract and accused me of ***** and all sorts of things , i called and requested to Refilwe who wasnt able to explain to me how this happened as they had my details under my exs profile , the manager Nolan said he would get back to me today at 8 and no-one has called and explained to me , thsi has runied my relationship with my exs and im being accused of being a ***** now who used somes elses detaisl to get a contract , which i havent even done, I AM HIGHLY FRUSTRATED AND UPSET . this is ***** to use someone elses details without consent
