***** account

A cell c account was opened on my name without my consent. There was an ongoing cell c debit that kept going on which I asked my bank to dispute as I do not have any account with them. There after while I was car shopping, when I was doing an ICT check I found out that there were a few account open in my name including cell c.

So I visited the cell c store in pavilion on the 7th March 2022 to inform them and I was informed to send out an email which I did the next day to the ***** department with attached affidavit, ID copy and bank statement. A week later when I’m doing follow up there are no response but I was told they have 48 hours respond turn around time.

I don’t even know if my matter is even being attended to. This is fustrating
