I was surprised by debit orders in my account, when I contact cell c I was told I have an account, I was told to send affidavit, bank statements and copy of my ID, I received a confirmation of the receipt. I was told the consultant will contact me within 24 to 48 hours, it's almost a month now no communication, yet my account is debited for something that I did not do.

You opened the account under my name and you blacklisted me, i reported a ***** qnd and no one is responding, my credit record is suffering because you. Can someone assist, i need my name to be cleared. Almost 6 months without response.
