I logged a inquiry with Cell C after finding that a ********** account had been opened with them using my ****** ID. This was more than a month ago and I was advised that it would take about 6 weeks for the ***** department to return any feedback to me. It has been more than 6 weeks and I have yet to receive the said feedback.
I went to one of your stores on Protea Glen Ext 11 and the representatives at that store all seem to have a Laissez-faire attitude towards my query.
Either someone at Cell C ***** department is not doing their job, is not dragging their sweet time doing their job or there is NO ONE who works in that ***** department.
I have been emailing people left, right and centre... Can someone please send me an email address that can help resolve this.
Please can I have feedback, PLEASE!!!
