Signed for new contract end of March for a Samsung galaxy s22 however a Sim card was delivered first then two days later I received the cellphone with another Sim card. When I enquired with cell they told me the first sum card for a 30 G which I told them I never signed up for or requested that Sim card for Data only for a Samsung phone. The debited me for that Sim card that I didn't sign up for . I was told to go to the police station to make an affidavit and send it to their ***** line which this no guarantee as to when this will be canceled . I've been with cell C for 6 years and it's very disappointing 😞 to get this kind of service after being a client for so many years.
