Cell C is the worst service provider I've ever seen. Someone **********ly took a phone in my wife's name in 2018, we have been chasing after cell c since 2018. They say this issue has been sorted but it still appears on her credit score as being in arrears. Cell C takes you from pillar to post when requesting a clearance letter. The only way to deal with this matter is to go straight to the ombudsman. Surely it cannot take 4 years to sort this out

26 Oct 2021, 18:30you guys have been following up for the past 4 years. I don't know how many case numbers have been sent. This is a generic statement that you have been issuing for the past 4 years but NO ONE ever takes action. This is getting tiring.
