Cell C has debited my account, when I called in to ask why as I never took out an account with them, all I was told was well there's an account there and I apparently need to do an affidavit to state that I did not take out the account, I have sent over 10 emails confirming that I will not take time out of my day to do an affidavit and I requested the recording where I confirm that I want to do business with Cell C. A team leader by Ayanda was supposed to call me A WEEK AGO, but obviously this has not happened. This is ***** and they cannot provide me with the recording and this supposed manager Ayanda does not seem to exist if she does, she is not very good at her job and I am embarrassed on behalf of Cell C, I will never do any business with Cell C

07 Apr 2021, 09:56If I opened the account you would have my ID on the system, I have called in stating that I AM NOT going to inconvenience myself by going to do an affidavit, you WILL locate how the account was opened then you WILL cancel it and you WILL send me proof. I am not comfortable in sending you my personal information since ***** seems so easy to do especially with Cell C, SCARY

If I opened the account you would have my ID on the system, I have called in stating that I AM NOT going to inconvenience myself by going to do an affidavit, you WILL locate how the account was opened then you WILL cancel it and you WILL send me proof. I am not comfortable in sending you my personal information since ***** seems so easy to do especially with Cell C, SCARY

I have once again been emailing with zero responses.
I don't feel comfortable sending my ID to cell c, I also will not be wasting time doing an affidavit.
You will not be getting an affidavit until you present me with signed forms confirming that I signed for the account or my voice recording confirming same.
It's utterly unacceptable that you have not assisted me as yet, I will never take out a contract with Cell C.
I want feedback today, I have sent an email every day and I am being ignored. I will complain every day, I will hello Peter cell c every day until I get a letter confirming that the account opened by a cell c employee by mistake is canceled.
It is your responsibility in terms of TCF to assist me and I am waiting, I will take this matter further if you ask me for the affidavit or my personal details. I am more than happy to go to the ombudsman. Also my appointment agent is Mosela Moloi, please can you appoint somebody new by close of business today as this is where my request has gone to die as your employee feels like it is acceptable to ignore my emails simply because I am refusing, and will continue to do so, to provide the affidavit.
