Hi, regarding the matter above mentioned, nothing has been resolved as yet and now i am receiving calls from debt collector telling me i need to pay. i honestly don't know what is it that i need to pay for as they said to me they don't have full details. i went to the cell c store and the consultant told me about the phone apparently i ordered online and i asked her for the recording and she told me she don't have it coz i don't remember ordering a phone online. can you please provide me with the recoding to serve as a confirmation coz i don't have a contract with you people. please help as this has been going on for months now.
