I don't even know where to start. I app**** for a cell phone contract through your agent Tebogo khaba who advised my contract was approved L.. On the 17th I was called for vetting or verification where Iit was confirmed the phone was approved and I was told 3 to 5 working days for delivery I must wait for an SMS from Ram.. How shocked was I when I called today and told no after approval it was declined.. How on earth does that happen.... I want my phone as that call was recorded and I will go the legal route if need be but I'm not letting this slide I don't know what ***** is going on here but I want this sorted!!!
