I have been debited for the whole of 2020 for a contract I cancelled in 2019 December. I now want a refund and I'm given the run around

Kindly note that your contract was cancelled in December 2019 as requested and you are liable for the December debit order which you have been reversing the whole year of 2020. There is no refund due as we bill in arrears and not in advance.

09 Feb 2021, 17:54Please dont come and lie here. I have been phoning you asking why I am still being debited with no clear response. Then you come here and have the nerve to lie and say my contract was cancelled in December 2019 . If that was the case then why was I debited for the whole of 2020 and had to reverse and when I called consultants told me they dont know what's happening . You have messed up my credit score with all the reversing I have been doing because of your ********** conduct. According to my understand I was debit in December for something not in my possession . I need that money back
