Cell C handed my account over in 2017, when I made contact with the Collector (Shapiro Shaik) I was now advised that the account was "taken back" by Cell C. I have not been contacted to advise nor am I now able to settle the balance.
Cell C is so **********, they will only make contact when the account has gained interest and unpaid fees etc.

24 Jan 2022, 15:18After almost one hour of being transferred back and forth I was told the account is at a zero balance and need to request a paid up letter. I emailed your credit queries department requesting. I then got a reply to say the account has over R 1400 still owing and I must send a POP. Sigh - CAN SOMEONE PLEASE SEND ME THE STATEMENT AND FULL BANKING DETAILS SO THAT I CAN MAKE THE PAYMENT AND GET THE PAID UP LETTER. Your team has no idea what they are doing, how do you advise someone there is nothing owing on the account then a R 1400 +. Then do not send the statement and banking details supporting this figure. Geez - someone get back to me immediately please, I am beyond annoyed with this service. thank God I cut my ties with Cell C soon.

The bank details associated with this account needs to be debited immediately and the account cancelled.
