I checked my credit record today and it shows there is an active cell c account on my name and this has affected my credit score. I have not received any form of communication that i have any active cell c contact/s. And will not be held liable for this. I have no phone nor sim contact and want this removed of my name immediately as this is giving me a bad name.

Please contact me immediately and advise as to why there is an amount due.

If no feedback is received i will have to proceed with legal action or seek assistance from ombudsman as i was not even aware of this but saw this information on Clearscore.
