Somebody activated device insurance and paybill assist on my account, now they claim it was me, and i did it at the store, and I wasn't even near a store. I spoked to a rude lady at the insurance department *** which told me if I want to cancel it I must go to the store were I have activated it. And she don't want to tell me which store, and the more I tell her I was not at any cell c store the more she tells me I'm lying. This is not the first time this happenend to me. I had the same expierience with getmore service that was just added to my account and cell c refuse to give me proof where I agreed on this(There is no proof because I know I did not agree on this) This is ***** that is happening and cell c refuse to help me. The way i'm feeling now is that I want to cancel my contract, because of this ***** with cell c and always the issue of getting help from them.
