Cell C Mall@Carnival open/renew a ***** contract on my name in October 2018 without my authorization. Since May 2017, I battled to get a Wireless contract cancelled that was ****** with my laptop. After numerous attempts of phone calls, emails and also speaking directly to Cell C CEO personal secretary this ********** contract still remains open and is deducted each month from my bank account. Customer services are of no help to cancel and very poor to assist
