I have a wifi contract with Cell C and one of the consultants there has opened my line without my permision or consent. mt monthly account is R200 however now its an open line, which means I am going to pay more. I have not autherised this at all, and when I call in Cell C wants tp pass the buck. They say they cant tracy the call where i initially called in or the case number, But I have spoken to Iron Govender (one of the managers) and now the other consultants are denying it.

21 Sept 2018, 14:17Well Cell C has not been calling me for the past 2 weeks ive been waiting for a call, and they dont want me to cancel the contract because of this *****ulant transaction. Next step for me is to open a case of fraid againts Cell C
